I want to be able to use constants within formulas

• disallow algebraic names in constants

• "constants" is a mathematical term. suggest a more general-knowledge term
• i want a handful of constants
  • eg heights of top and bottom drawers -> location and size of middle drawer
  • margins, insets, thickness
• new details D_Constants
• can be used throughout all the formulas of the entire hierarchy of SO's
• rename -> updates all formulas
