Angles, and axis swap

in P_Angles.svelte:

• move slider below the table
• move controls below the slider
• highlight the axis row corresponding to the user's choice of segment
• change the user's choice of segment to match the forward face's axis
• remove the seg control and the label axis. user selects axis bby clicking on row
• remove the label angle add -45° in its place. add +45° to the right of the slider
• add ticks at sticky angles
